The PairMee Interns Program
Two ways to get involved. Remote friendly within Israel.
This is for hardworking, ambitious, creative people who want hands-on experience they cannot get anywhere else. PairMee is an early-stage startup, which means there is no layer between you and the real work: you join an early stage company, work directly with the founding team, and carry big responsibilities across marketing, product, user acquisition, and sales from week one.
We will be honest about the trade: the structure is thin, the pace is fast, and some of what we try will not work. In exchange you get real ownership, real output for your portfolio, and a founding team that treats you as a builder rather than an extra pair of hands.
How can you intern at PairMee?
There are two ways to intern with PairMee: a Marketing & Growth Intern who owns growth experiments and community content, and a Product & Operations Intern who owns feedback loops, QA, and ride operations. Both work directly with the founding team, remote friendly within Israel.
Marketing & Growth Intern
Own real growth experiments end to end: community posts, channel tests, launch pushes, and the numbers behind them. You will write, ship, measure, and iterate with the founding team, not fetch coffee for it.
Product & Operations Intern
Sit at the center of how PairMee actually runs: user feedback loops, ride operations, QA on new features, and the small systems that keep a marketplace honest. You will see every part of an early startup from the inside.
You might be a fit if
- You do the work before anyone asks you to.
- You would rather ship something imperfect this week than plan something perfect for next month.
- You have ideas of your own and can defend them with reasoning, then let evidence decide.
- You want to see how a startup really gets built: product, growth, users, and sales in one room.
- You live in Israel and can meet the team in person sometimes.
