Join PairMee at the beginning
PairMee is an early-stage startup building taxi sharing for Israel. We are live in early beta, the roadmap changes weekly, and some of what we try will not work. These are founding roles: outsized ownership and real influence over what PairMee becomes, with the risk that comes with that stage. We would rather tell you that plainly than sell you certainty we do not have.
Where could you build with us?
We build the team as the right people show up, not through a formal hiring pipeline. The areas we would grow with you: a Founding Senior Full Stack Developer, a Founding HR & Operations Manager, a Founding Content Creator, a Founding CMO, and an interns program across marketing and product. All remote friendly within Israel, working directly with the founder at an early live beta stage. If one sounds like you, tell us who you are and why.
- Founding Senior Full Stack DeveloperOwn the React, Vite, Supabase and Postgres stack and ship the product end to end.
- Founding HR & Operations ManagerBuild the team and the operating rhythm from zero. The first people hire.
- Founding Content CreatorOwn the PairMee voice in Hebrew and English across social and community.
- Founding CMOOwn growth end to end: brand, channels, and the first 10k users.
- Interns ProgramHands-on experience with the founding team: marketing, product, user acquisition, and sales.

- Small team. Everyone ships, and everyone owns outcomes rather than tasks.
- Fast loop. We ship in days, fix what breaks, and let evidence settle debates.
- Honest product culture. We only claim what is true. ID verification is on our roadmap, so we say roadmap, not verified.
- Remote friendly within Israel. Work from anywhere in the country. We meet in person when it helps.
