Shared rides to your conference, from every city

PairMee gives your conference a ride board. Attendees who drive offer their free seats, attendees from the same area join them, and fewer people spend the first half hour looking for parking. We set it up and support it.

This is a conference board with 206 attendees on it

A demo board for a 1‑day summit at Expo Tel Aviv: morning rides from 16 cities between 07:00 and 08:00, rides home at 17:30, and a dashboard for the organizers.

  1. 1

    The summit's own page

Your name, your venue, your date. The link goes in the registration email and the reminder.

  2. 2

    Same city, same hour

An attendee from Jerusalem sees the 07:30 ride from Jerusalem with 3 seats, asks to join, and the driver approves.

  3. 3

    Who still needs a ride

Attendees without a car list their city. Drivers from that city see them before they leave.

More registrants in the room

Registered is not attended. In our market research, the drive is a common reason people who signed up for a conference do not show up: an early start in another city, parking that costs too much, or nobody to share the ride with.

  • Fewer no-shows

An attendee with a ride agreed the night before is far more likely to come. Your sponsors and speakers see a fuller room.

  • People from far away come too

Attendees from Haifa, Be'er Sheva or Jerusalem find a ride with people from their city, so the conference is not only for whoever lives nearby.

  • Networking starts on the way

Attendees from the same field share a car and arrive already talking. Some of the best conversations of the day happen in the car.

  • The whole day, organized

Arrival is part of the conference experience, under your name. Our aim: more registrants come, and fewer cancel because of the drive.

Keep the spots by the door for full cars

Many people drive from the same city to the same hall. Hold the closest spots for cars with 3 or more people and say so in the invitation.

  1. 01

    Spots by the entrance

A few reserved spots near the door. Parking is where conferences already spend money.

  2. 02

    A faster badge pickup

A desk of their own for people who came together.

  3. 03

    A sponsor's name on it

A sponsor can put its name on the full car parking.

The perk goes to the car and everyone in it, never cash to a driver per passenger. Passengers share fuel costs with the driver as the law allows, and PairMee takes no cut.

How to get drivers on board

The registration email does the work

Conferences already send 3 emails to every attendee. 1 line in each is all the board needs. The organizers' dashboard then shows arrivals by city, so the venue and parking plan stop being a guess.

  • 1 line, 3 emails

Confirmation, reminder, day-before. We send you the sentence and the link; you paste it.

  • Arrivals by city

16 cities on the demo. You see which city sends the most cars and where a shuttle would fill.

  • Parking you can plan

Every filled seat is a car that did not have to come. The count is on the dashboard the morning of.

See who looked for a way there, and from where

Registration shows who signed up. The arrival demand report shows who looked for a ride and did not find one, and from where, while there is still time to add a shuttle.

  • Where the gaps are

People looking for a ride and people who found one, by town and by day, there and back.

  • In time to act

Where many are left without a seat, add a shuttle, ask drivers from there to post, or move a start time.

  • Numbers, never names

No group smaller than 10 people, places stop at the town, nothing to export. We prepare it and send it to you with every event.

What is in the arrival demand report
KAN Festival, October 2026: people who listed themselves as looking
  1. Tel Aviv area

26 looked for a ride, 8 found one, 18 did not. 7 rides left from there.

  2. All other areas

19 looked for a ride, 6 found one, 13 did not. 20 rides left from there.

Numbers from the board. Found counts people who listed themselves as looking and got a seat through the board. 4 more people joined a ride without listing themselves, so 18 people without a car found a driver in all. People who did not find a seat on the board may have come another way.

What buyers ask us on every call

Why not just open a WhatsApp group?

For a team of 30 colleagues, do. For hundreds of attendees who do not know each other, a group shows every member's phone number to everyone, buries the offers under hundreds of messages, and leaves the matching to whoever reads fastest. PairMee matches people by area and time, keeps phone numbers private and shows you the numbers.

We already run a shuttle from the train station. Why add this?

Keep it. The shuttle serves people who come by train. The board covers the attendees who drive from other cities, and gives them a way to fill their empty seats instead of each bringing a car.

Can we use it for an internal company event only?

Yes. A private board is listed by name only and opens with a code you share with your employees. It carries a welcome message from your company, in Hebrew and English, and is not shown publicly.

Is PairMee a transport company? Who drives?

No. PairMee does not supply vehicles or drivers. Attendees who are already driving offer their free seats, and attendees who need a ride ask to join. The driver approves every request. Any cost sharing is settled between the people in the car, and PairMee takes no cut.

Do attendees need to download an app?

No. The link opens in the browser. Attendees sign in once, with Google or a code sent by email, so the driver knows who is asking to join.

Does it help with our sustainability reporting?

It gives you a concrete step to point to: attendees sharing cars instead of driving alone. The dashboard counts rides, requests and people matched with a driver. It does not calculate emissions; if your report needs a number, you can use these counts in your own estimate.

Who is responsible for the rides?

The people in the car. PairMee connects people and does not operate rides. We do not check ID, driving licences or insurance; users declare they are 18 or older, the driver approves every request, and anyone can report a problem or block a user. The organizer shares a link and does not run the rides. Terms of use

Is there insurance?

PairMee does not insure rides. Drivers travel under their own car insurance, and anyone sharing costs should check with their insurer what their policy covers. Our guide to carpooling in Israel explains the rules.

Where does PairMee work?

We run boards in Israel and take organizers in other countries too, in English and Hebrew. Outside Israel we quote in US dollars.
