How to get drivers on board

Drivers go to your event anyway, and most leave with empty seats. What they need is a reason to post those seats, and to post them early.

Reward the car, not the driver

  • A car with 3 or more people gets the perk, and everyone in it shares it.
  • No cash to a driver per passenger. Israeli law lets passengers only share fuel with the driver, up to an equal share of ₪2 per km.
  • It works like the Fast Lane: since April 2026, a car with 3 people rides it without paying.

What fits each kind of organization

Drivers first

The first message goes to drivers: your crew, volunteers, vendors and early ticket buyers. They fill their seats with friends first, and the board finds people for the rest. Here is what it looks like:

  1. 6 weeks out

Driving to [event]? Got free seats? Post them now on the event's ride board: [link]. Fill them with friends first, and the board finds people for the rest. Cars with 3 or more people [perk].

  2. 10 days out

[X] people are already looking for a ride to [event], [Y] of them from [area] on [day]. Driving from there? Post your free seats in 1 minute: [link]. And answer your requests, people are waiting.

  3. In the ticket email

Driving? Post your free seats. Need a ride? Find one here: [link]. Full cars (3 or more) [perk].

We send you the numbers for the second message from your board.

How a full car is checked

A steward at the gate counts heads, the way the Fast Lane camera counts people in a car. No lists, no names.

What we do not do

  • We do not pay drivers per passenger.
  • We take no cut of what people share.
  • We do not run raffles.
  • We never send you names or phone numbers.

It already works elsewhere

This is not legal advice. Check any perk with your own legal adviser before you announce it.

Tell us about your event, and we will build the full car perk with you
