Employee carpools for company days, and nobody plays dispatcher

A private ride board for your company. Employees who drive offer their free seats, colleagues who need a ride find them by area and time, there and back. We set it up in a day, with your welcome message, and send you the numbers.

This is a Company Day board with 124 employees on it

A demo board for a company day at Kibbutz Shefayim: a welcome from the company, rides from 17 cities between 08:00 and 08:45, rides back at 16:30, behind the company's code.

Employees' rides to Company Day, by city (demo)
  1. 1

    The company's own words

A welcome from HR at the top, the company's photo, the date. It reads as an internal page, because it is.

  2. 2

    Colleagues from the same city

An employee from Rehovot sees the 08:15 ride from Rehovot with 2 seats and asks to join. The driver approves.

  3. 3

    Private to employees

Listed by name only, opened with the code from the all-hands email. It is not on any public list.

More of the team actually comes

When a company day is far from the train, the employees without a car, or without a colleague to drive with, are the ones who quietly skip it.

  • Higher attendance

Employees without a car, or who would not drive 1 hour alone, find a colleague from their area.

  • The team-building starts in the car

People from different teams share a ride and arrive already talking. That is the point of the day.

  • Fewer cars and less parking

Every shared ride is 1 car fewer at the venue and 1 parking space the company does not pay for.

  • The company looks after the whole day

Arrival is part of the day, with the company's welcome on it. Fewer employees cancel because of the drive.

Keep the allowance, reward the full car

Every employee keeps the same travel allowance, however they come. Never pay a driver more for each colleague: give the full car what money cannot buy.

  1. 01

    Company Day

If you cover fuel for drivers, do it for every driver the same way, and colleagues ride with no fuel share at all.

  2. 02

    Every day

Colleagues who ride share fuel with the driver as the law allows, so both come out ahead with the same allowance.

  3. 03

    The spots by the door

Keep the closest spots for cars with 2 or more colleagues, and a ride home for anyone whose driver has to leave early.

The perk goes to the car and everyone in it, never cash to a driver per passenger. Passengers share fuel costs with the driver as the law allows, and PairMee takes no cut.

How to get drivers on board

A code in the all-hands email, and fewer cars look for parking

A company day, an offsite, a conference the company sends 100 people to: the board opens with a code, the welcome is yours, and HR reads a dashboard instead of a spreadsheet of who drives with whom.

  • Live within 1 working day

Send the date, the venue, the logo and the welcome. We send back the link and the code.

  • Fewer cars at the venue

Every matched ride is 1 parking space the venue does not need. The count is on the dashboard.

  • HR is not the dispatcher

Employees ask us about the app. HR shares the link and reads the numbers the morning of.

See who looked for a way there, and from where

HR knows who is invited. The arrival demand report shows who looked for a ride and from where, so you know where a shuttle or a nudge to drivers pays off.

  • Where the gaps are

People looking for a ride and people who found one, by town and by day, there and back.

  • In time to act

Where many are left without a seat, add a shuttle, ask drivers from there to post, or move a start time.

  • Numbers, never names

No group smaller than 10 people, places stop at the town, nothing to export. We prepare it and send it to you with every event.

What is in the arrival demand report
KAN Festival, October 2026: people who listed themselves as looking
  1. Tel Aviv area

26 looked for a ride, 8 found one, 18 did not. 7 rides left from there.

  2. All other areas

19 looked for a ride, 6 found one, 13 did not. 20 rides left from there.

Numbers from the board. Found counts people who listed themselves as looking and got a seat through the board. 4 more people joined a ride without listing themselves, so 18 people without a car found a driver in all. People who did not find a seat on the board may have come another way.

What buyers ask us on every call

Why not a WhatsApp group?

For a small team that knows each other, use one. In a company of hundreds across several cities, offers get lost in the thread, every request shows a phone number to the whole group, and matching falls on whoever reads fastest. PairMee shows each employee the colleagues driving from their area, keeps phone numbers private and gives you numbers afterwards.

Do we still need a shuttle?

If a large group leaves from 1 office, a shuttle is a good answer. The board covers everyone else: employees who live elsewhere, who come from home, or who want to leave at a different time.

Can we use it for the daily commute?

Yes, as a standing private board: employees post rides as they go, and colleagues from their area ask to join. To be clear about what it is not: there is no HR system integration, no payroll or travel allowance handling, and no commute schedule set by the company. We suggest starting with an event and adding the office board later.

Is carpooling between employees legal?

In Israel, sharing the cost of a ride is allowed when it is arranged in advance, with up to 4 passengers and at most 2 NIS per km, split equally among everyone in the car including the driver (traffic regulation, December 2017). Many colleagues do not split costs at all. PairMee takes no cut and handles no payments.

Who is responsible on the way?

PairMee is not a transport company and provides no vehicles, drivers or insurance. Employees drive their own cars, as they do today when they give a colleague a lift. If your company has a policy on employees driving each other, it applies here too.

Will HR see who rode with whom?

No. The organizer dashboard shows aggregate numbers only: people going, rides, requests and people matched, by area and by day. There are no names, and no export of employee data.

Is there insurance?

PairMee does not insure rides. Drivers travel under their own car insurance, and anyone sharing costs should check with their insurer what their policy covers. Our guide to carpooling in Israel explains the rules.

Where does PairMee work?

We run boards in Israel and take organizers in other countries too, in English and Hebrew. Outside Israel we quote in US dollars.
