The arrival demand report

Every organizer knows where tickets were sold. This report shows who looked for a way there, from where and on which day. Today that demand lives in WhatsApp groups, and nobody counts it.

A real example: KAN Festival

At KAN, 26 of the 45 people looking for a ride wanted to leave from the Tel Aviv area, and only 7 rides left from there. 8 of them found a seat through the board and 18 did not. 35 of the 45 wanted to arrive on Thursday, the opening day, and 31 of all 45 were women. Next time that is a decision made weeks ahead: a minibus from Tel Aviv on Thursday, or a direct ask to Tel Aviv drivers to post early.

KAN Festival, October 2026: people who listed themselves as looking
  1. Tel Aviv area

26 looked for a ride, 8 found one, 18 did not. 7 rides left from there.

  2. All other areas

19 looked for a ride, 6 found one, 13 did not. 20 rides left from there.

Numbers from the board. Found counts people who listed themselves as looking and got a seat through the board. 4 more people joined a ride without listing themselves, so 18 people without a car found a driver in all. People who did not find a seat on the board may have come another way.

What you see

  • People looking and seats offered

By town and by day, there and back.

  • Who found a seat and who did not

How many got a seat through the board, and where people were left without one.

  • The biggest gaps

The areas and days where demand outruns the seats on offer, flagged.

  • The way home

Who needs to get back and when, the hardest ride, above all on Saturday night.

What you do with it

  • Add a shuttle

Where many are left without a seat, 1 minibus closes the gap.

  • Aim the message to drivers

"18 people from Tel Aviv are looking for a ride on Thursday. Driving from there?"

  • Plan parking and timing

Know how many cars are coming, and when people want to leave.

  • Bring numbers to the city and the sponsor

How many free seats were filled, and where your crowd comes from.

Numbers, never names

  • No number under 10 people. A smaller group shows as "fewer than 10".
  • Towns, not addresses. Time windows of 2 hours or more.
  • No list to export, and no contact details.
  • Never sold or shared with anyone but the event's own organizer.

Included with every event

We prepare the report from your board and send it to you, and the live dashboard is open to you throughout. Optional questions on age range and what people would pay for a shuttle are coming soon, asked only with consent and shown only as totals.
