In our market research with festival audiences, getting there is 1 of the main reasons people do not buy a ticket at all, or cancel the one they bought: the ride costs too much, there is nobody to go with, or there is no way back.

The perk goes to the car and everyone in it, never cash to a driver per passenger. Passengers share fuel costs with the driver as the law allows, and PairMee takes no cut.
How to get drivers on boardWhen the trains stop, your crowd still gets there
Trains stop on Friday afternoon and most bus lines do not run on Shabbat. Many festivals start or end exactly then.

Fewer cars at the gate
Every filled seat is a car that did not have to come, and a parking space back. The dashboard counts the rides that filled.

By city and by day, so the production knows which day needs a push and whether a shuttle from 1 city would pay for itself.
Nothing to operate on site
Riders talk in the app. The production shares a link and reads a dashboard. We watch the board during the festival.

Your ticketing shows where tickets were sold. The arrival demand report shows where people looked for a ride and did not find one, so you know where a shuttle belongs.

Arrivals by day and city from the first ticket email. After the festival, a written report.

What buyers ask us on every call
We already run official shuttles. Why add this?
Keep them. A shuttle serves people near its pickup points at its fixed times. The board covers everyone else: people from other areas, people who want to leave earlier or later, and people who did not get a seat when the shuttle sold out.
Why not just open a WhatsApp group?
For a small crowd that knows each other, do. For thousands of strangers, a group shows every member's phone number to everyone, buries the offers under hundreds of messages, and leaves the matching to whoever reads fastest. PairMee matches people by area and time, keeps phone numbers private, and shows you the numbers.
Is PairMee a transport company? Who drives?
No. PairMee does not supply vehicles or drivers. Attendees who are already driving offer their free seats, and attendees who need a ride ask to join. The driver approves every request. Any cost sharing is settled between the people in the car, and PairMee takes no cut.
What if nobody posts a ride?
Drivers come first, so before the event we prepare texts that ask people with free seats to post them. People who listed themselves as looking stay visible to drivers from their area. At a 1-evening event we supported, nobody posted a ride home once the party started, so we now ask drivers to post the way back before doors open.
Do attendees need to download an app?
No. The link opens in the browser. Attendees sign in once, with Google or a code sent by email, so the driver knows who is asking to join.
Is it safe?
Every user signs in to an account, drivers approve each request, women can choose women-only rides, people rate each other after a ride, and anyone can block another user or report a problem. Phone numbers and exact addresses are never shown on the board.
Who is responsible for the rides?
The people in the car. PairMee connects people and does not operate rides. We do not check ID, driving licences or insurance; users declare they are 18 or older, the driver approves every request, and anyone can report a problem or block a user. Is there insurance?
PairMee does not insure rides. Drivers travel under their own car insurance, and anyone sharing costs should check with their insurer what their policy covers. Our guide to carpooling in Israel explains the rules.
Where does PairMee work?
We run boards in Israel and take organizers in other countries too, in English and Hebrew. Outside Israel we quote in US dollars.
