A private ride board for your wedding guests, there and back

Guests who drive offer their free seats, guests who need a ride find them by area and time, and nobody has to ask the couple who is driving from where. We set it up in a day.

This is a wedding board with 189 guests on it

A demo board for a beach wedding in Beit Yanai, built the way a real couple's private page is: their photo on top, their welcome, a code on the invitation. Guests from 19 cities, rides there from 17:00 and rides home at 23:30, 00:15 and 01:00.

  1. 1

    Your words at the top

The hosts' welcome in your own voice, your photo, your date. Guests know it is yours.

  2. 2

Guests from the same area find each other

A guest from Haifa sees the cousins driving from Haifa with free seats, and asks to join. The driver approves.

  3. 3

The way home is on the board before the party

Drivers post rides back at 23:30, 00:15 and 01:00. Nobody negotiates a ride at 1 in the morning.

More guests, and a better night for them

When we ask guests, the same reason keeps coming up for missing a wedding or leaving early: getting there. The venue is far, a taxi home at 01:00 costs a fortune, or they would have to drive alone.

  • More of the guests you invited actually come

The friend without a car and the aunt who does not drive at night find a ride, instead of sending their regrets.

  • Nobody drives home tired and alone

Rides home after the party are on the board before it starts, so guests can stay to the end.

  • Guests meet before the chuppah

Friends from different sides of the family share a car and arrive already talking.

  • Your hospitality starts at their door

The ride is part of the wedding, in your words and with your photo. Our aim: fewer guests cancel because of the drive, and nobody has to ask you who is going from where.

Your guests drive each other, because you asked

Guests say yes to the couple, not to a stranger. Ask 1 driver from each city first, and the board finds people for the seats that are left.

  1. 01

    1 line on the invitation

Driving? Post your free seats. Need a ride? Ask on the board.

  2. 02

The front row for full cars

If the venue allows it, keep the closest spots for cars with 3 or more guests.

  3. 03

A guest who planned to drive

The people who drink get home with a guest who planned to drive.

The perk goes to the car and everyone in it, never cash to a driver per passenger. Passengers share fuel costs with the driver as the law allows, and PairMee takes no cut.

How to get drivers on board

A Friday wedding? The trains stop before the dancing does

On Friday the trains stop in the afternoon, and most buses do not run until Saturday night. Guests from far away get there and home with other guests from their city.

A ride board only your guests can open, with your code

The board is listed by name only and opens with the code you print on the invitation or send on WhatsApp. Guests type it once; the device remembers it.

  • Live within 1 working day

Send the date, the venue and a photo. We build the page in Hebrew and English and send you the link and the code.

  • Guests need nothing but a phone

No app to install. The link opens in the browser, the driver approves every request, and the people in the car talk in a chat without sharing numbers.

  • You do not run anything

Guests ask us, not you. On the wedding day we watch the board. You get married.

What buyers ask us on every call

Do we still need a shuttle bus?

If a large group of guests lives near 1 place, yes, a bus is a good answer. The board covers everyone else, and the guests who want to leave at a different time.

Do guests need to download an app?

No. The link opens in the browser. Guests sign in once, with Google or a code sent by email, so the driver knows who is asking to join.

Who sees our wedding page?

Only guests with your code. Without it, the rides, the people looking and your welcome stay hidden; only the names on the page and the date show. Guests who join see first names and the area a ride leaves from, never phone numbers or addresses.

How do we pay?

₪399 + VAT by Bit or PayBox, and we send a tax invoice. The board goes live within 1 working day.

What if the wedding moves?

We move the board to the new date at no charge. If the wedding is cancelled before we set up the board, you get a full refund.

We are a venue or a wedding planner. Can we offer this?

Yes. We set up a board for each wedding with your directions and parking notes. There is a season deal too: 10 weddings for ₪2,990 + VAT, prepaid, for 12 months. Planners who only refer couples get 15% of the first payment of every couple they bring. Open the demo wedding board on this page, then write to us.

Who is responsible for the rides?

The people in the car. PairMee connects people and does not operate rides. We do not check ID, driving licences or insurance; users declare they are 18 or older, the driver approves every request, and anyone can report a problem or block a user. The organizer shares a link and does not run the rides. Terms of use

Is there insurance?

PairMee does not insure rides. Drivers travel under their own car insurance, and anyone sharing costs should check with their insurer what their policy covers. Our guide to carpooling in Israel explains the rules.

Where does PairMee work?

We run boards in Israel and take organizers in other countries too, in English and Hebrew. Outside Israel we quote in US dollars.
