- 70 shekels an hour: average administrative pay in local government was about 9,800 gross in 2022 (Treasury wage report), and employer cost is 1.25 to 1.35 times gross. Half a position then costs about 6,100 to 6,600 a month, or about 7,350 if pay has risen about 15% since (our assumption). Over about 86 hours a month that is roughly 70 to 85 an hour.
- 12 events, 35 hours an event and at least 50 hours a month for a standing board (separate from the event hours) describe the scope of a city program; the hours are our assumptions, not measurements. Change them to what you see.
- Not counted: writing the privacy notice and database definitions for residents' data, making the form accessible, cover on the event night and during leave, and the manager's time above the coordinator.
This counts staff time only. A group or a form that collects residents' names, phone numbers and travel times also makes the city responsible for that data under the Privacy Protection Law, amendment 13, in force since August 2025: a collection notice, data security rules, and oversight by the city's data protection officer.

- 2,400 shekels a trip: the median for a bus for 21 to 55 passengers across 430 real quotes (Busly price index, as of 11 October 2026), range 1,400 to 3,800. The price is for 1 trip: there and back is usually 2 trips or a waiting charge, so ask.
- The share who ride the bus is your assumption: guests who live near the pickup point and are happy with its departure and return times.
- Everyone else drives. A ride board connects them by area and time, so fewer people drive alone and fewer are stuck without a way home.
A ride board does not replace a bus for a big group from 1 place. It covers the guests the bus leaves out, at ₪399 + VAT per wedding instead of a price per vehicle.
